UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL The system allows you to automate the GM's and concièrge messages throughout the duration of the guest’s visit with individual messages for Arrival Date, First Morning, Middle of the Stay Days, One Day Before Departure and Departure Date.
You can overwrite the automated message to any guest or group of guests online until 10:30 P.M.
You can upload your signature or even hand written messages to give a more personal touch.
